1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of the CalBite iOS app provided by SeekWithin. By using CalBite, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What CalBite does
CalBite helps you track meals, calories, macros, water, fasting, weight, reminders, and related habits. CalBite may use AI meal recognition to estimate food information from photos or text you submit. These estimates are informational and may be wrong.
3. Not medical advice
CalBite is not a medical device, medical service, dietitian, doctor, or emergency service. You should not rely on CalBite to diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any medical condition. Speak with a qualified professional before making health, diet, fasting, or weight decisions.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter, the food records you save, and the decisions you make based on the app. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use CalBite in violation of applicable law.
5. CalBite Plus subscriptions
CalBite may offer paid auto-renewing subscriptions, including CalBite Plus. Purchases are charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. Subscription periods, prices, trials, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown by Apple before purchase.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Apple states otherwise. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.
6. Apple standard EULA
Your use of CalBite is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement where applicable: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
7. Privacy
CalBite's data practices are described in the CalBite Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of these terms by reference.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, change, or discontinue parts of CalBite at any time. We may also update these terms. Continued use of CalBite after an update means you accept the updated terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalBite and SeekWithin are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on app estimates, reminders, or AI-generated information.
